Homosexual art should only NOT be posted, when the art in perticular is showing explicit sexual material that is normaly forbidden on a website (DA for example).

In general there is nothing unprofessional if you include it, on the contary, it shows that as an artist you are not inhibited for what you draw.

Art is art, a model is a model... Hetro or Homo... there's no real differance.

IF it made someone think badly of the artist in question, then I'd be rather anoyed at that person. I may be Hetrosexual, but I've got no problems looking at and appritiating Hemosexual art (so long as it's not sexualy explicit, but I don't look at such art anyway). If anyone did go against someone for doing it, then they are simply homophobic.

i personally don't care if someone who draws extremely well supports a pairing i don't like;because it's about how well the artist draws,not so much what they're drawing[long run sentance].
anyways,i guess a person would have to be kinda shallow if they judge your art by a certain paring or anything to that effect.people should just be more open to other peoples views,since art is ,after all,the expression of emotions/views/etc.

It depends on what KIND of site you're creating. If you are making a professional art site, it shouldn't matter whether you post homosexual content. Art is an expression. No one has the right to limit what you want to say.

Everyone's going to have people who think good of them and people who think bad of them. ie, I'm a mod. Lots of people who don't do retarded things like me because I can be mellow. People who do retarded things don't like me because I can get strict. Generally the people who think well of you outnumber those who don't.

And lastly, if someone is driven away from your site, that's okay. That's their choice. If they're rational, then they'll cool off and then maybe later decide that it's not so bad. I've been there. When I was starting off on the intarwebs, I was so shocked to find yaoi after living the sheltered life that I sort of flamed a website, (But mind you I was slightly justified only in the sense a lot of it was stolen though I know what I did was beyond wrong). Later, I apologized. And now look at me. Those who aren't rational... Then it's okay that they're driven away. Those are the type of people that you probably don't want littering your site.

It's not a bad thing to do in the slightest. No matter what the subject matter, if you put time, effort, and love into a piece, it is art, and should be represented as such.

It doesn't matter if it's art of the hetero or homosexual type, it represents something.

Hm, I, personally, would not judge an artist by WHAT they draw... but how they draw it, or, how they express it. Homosexuality, it's just not that bad... I wouldn't be driven away by a site just because of homosexuality being shown.

If you knew enough about programming websites *and/or knew someone who did* you could flag certain pics (like yaoi and such) so that they wouldn't show up unless the viewer wanted them to.

Or you could just include a disclaimer. Then no one would be able to bitch about it, cuz they knew what they were going into.
